The focus for the rider will be on understanding and working on becoming part of the horseâs movement and not restricting it, eliminating stiffness, finding your balance point and learning how to sit naturally (no more sore backs, sore knees, etc.), learning how to be supple and flexible, learning self-carriage, being balanced and in harmony with your horse’s energy, understanding the power of natural focus, how to ask your horse to be in harmony with the gait and direction that you choose.
The focus for the horse is on eliminating stiffness, ribs that donât bend, shoulders that donât move, hindquarters that don’t work, sore backs, hollow backs, crookedness and poor flexibility. This is the beginning step for the horse to learn to listen to your body and equal impulsion (go v.s. whoa).
This is an intensive clinic about being balanced, in harmony and safe on your horse. This clinic will empower you to become a better rider and develop trust and clear communication with your horse.
Rider Positions: $200.00, early bird price is $150.00 due by March 4th, 2010.
Auditors: $25.00 per day or $40.00 for both. Bring Lunch and Comfy Chair.
